July in Seattle features average high temperatures in the mid-70s, low humidity, and virtually no rain—an ideal time to visit the Pacific Northwest. In the words of the famous song, you’ll experience “the bluest skies you’ve ever seen in Seattle” and “the hills the greenest green in Seattle.” For those who prefer to avoid the rain Seattle is known for, plan your visit in July when the weather is typically perfect.
